You’ve probably heard of the amazing benefits of chia seeds.  The powerful antioxidants, the quality source of omegas and fiber that they carry, and don’t forget the protein. Looking for a sweet treat that will keep your waistline going in the right direction?  I dare even say this may be one of the most sinfully good for you treat.

 

CHIA SEED PUDDING

The Basic:

- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

- 3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

- Stevia - to taste

 

THE EXTRAS:  Feeling like a little more adventure in your life?

- 1 Tbsp. of Cinnamon

- Add in some Greek yogurt to make it a bit thicker

- 1/8 cup chopped nuts - walnuts, almonds, etc. 

- 1/3 cup sliced berries- strawberries, blackberries, blueberries

- 2 Tbsp. of nut butter- almond, cashew, peanut etc.

The list can go on and on!  So, start with the base chia pudding and see how creative you can get by adding in healthy items.
