Fall is here and it’s time to enjoy the pumpkin recipes, but instead of pumpkin pie we have an amazing pumpkin pie protein shake to satisfy your pumpkin pie cravings.

All you need is:

- 1 Cup Almond-Coconut Milk Blend - Unsweetened Vanilla Flavor

- 1-2 Scoop Olympian Labs Vanilla Pea Protein Powder

- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree (canned)

- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

- 1 Tbsp. Stevia  

- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

- 2 tsp. Cinnamon

- 1 Frozen Banana

- 4 Large Ice Cubes

 Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

 

Simply add ingredients into blender such as a vita-mix or ninja and blend until smooth. The recipe above makes one large protein shake or two smaller shakes. This makes a great pre- or post-workout choice to get your body jacked up for those fall workouts.
