It’s that time of year again, people start to get a little crazy on their diets and crave all the old-school favorites when it comes to parties and gatherings. Here is a quick and amazing way to get your gingerbread fix while still keeping your nutrition plan and macros in check.

What you need:

- 2 Organic Omega Eggs

- 1 ½ Cups Almond Flour

- 1 Scoop Olympian Labs Vanilla Pea Protein

- 1 tsp. Baking Powder

- ¼ tsp. Baking Soda

- ½ tsp. Salt

- 1 tsp. Ground Ginger - dry

- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

- ¼ Cup Honey

- 1 tsp. Vanilla

- 1 ½ Cups Water

Mix flour, baking soda, ginger salt, and cinnamon together. Mix eggs in separate bowl add honey and vanilla. Combine and add water until consistency is to your liking.

Heat your pan or griddle to medium heat (we use coconut oil for our pans). Drop batter on at desired size (large drop or spoonful works for us). Cook until browned on each side or as bubbles form prior to flipping. Serve and enjoy!
