If you are feeling stressed out, you are not alone. A new survey determined the most stressed out cities out of the largest 25 in America. The study analyzed a variety of factors associated with stress, including suicide, divorce, crime, joblessness and length of commuting. Five out of the top 10 were cities in Florida. Top 10 Stressed Cities: 1. Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, FL 2. Las Vegas-Paradise, NV 3. Miami-Miami Beach-Kendall, FL 4. Jacksonville, FL 5. Detroit-Livonia-Dearborn, MI 6. Orlando-Kissimmee, FL 7. Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario, CA 8. Sacramento--Arden-Arcade--Roseville, CA 9. Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, WA 10. West Palm Beach-Boca Raton-Boynton Beach, FL  Only 25% of those surveyed feel they have achieved life balance. Most respondents felt that they had not achieved a work-life balance and do not have enough time for personal issues. Most cited financial pressure as the leading cause of stress with getting fit and losing weight coming a close second. The third reason for stress was failing to complete the to-do list and fourth, concerns about unemployment. Although more than of Americans say they want to get fit, only 17% actually exercise to reduce stress. The most popular methods to de-stress were relaxing, kissing a spouse or partner, playing with a pet and reading a book or magazine.  Yours in good health, Linda Hlivka Clinical Nutritionist
